Because every product is custom-made to your specification, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. This applies to all personalised and custom-printed items.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Once we've reviewed your claim, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. If we need the item returned, we'll provide a prepaid shipping label.
