Most orders are produced within 5-7 working days and delivered within 1-3 working days after dispatch. Total delivery time is typically 6-10 working days from order placement. You'll receive email updates as your order progresses.

Currently we primarily ship within the United Kingdom. International shipping may be available for bulk orders — please contact us to discuss your requirements.
We offer a 14-day return policy on non-personalised items. Since personalised products are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect. If your item arrives damaged or with a printing error, we'll replace it free of charge. See our full returns policy.
Yes! Our customisable products come with a built-in design editor where you can upload your own images, add text, shapes, and more. You can preview your design in 3D before ordering. We accept PNG, JPG, and SVG files up to 15MB.
Our AI Designer uses artificial intelligence to generate unique designs based on your description. For a small fee of £2.50, we generate 10 different mockup variations for you to choose from. The design fee is credited back when you add the product to your cart, so it's effectively free with purchase.
Absolutely. Our design editor includes a real-time 3D preview that shows exactly how your design will look on the finished product. You can rotate the preview to see it from all angles before placing your order.
Yes, all our sublimation products are printed and produced in the UK. This allows us to maintain quality control and offer faster delivery times compared to overseas suppliers.
Sublimation is a high-quality printing process where ink is converted from a solid to a gas and permanently bonded into the surface of the product. This produces vibrant, full-colour prints that won't crack, peel, or fade over time, unlike vinyl or screen printing.
Yes! We offer volume discounts for bulk orders. Prices start from £9.99 for single items, with discounts at 5+, 20+, and 50+ units. For orders of 50 or more, please contact us for a custom quote.
