Everything at Custom Products is made to order — printed, pressed or engraved for you after you order. That's why delivery has two parts: the time it takes us to make your item, and the time it takes to reach you.

You'll receive email updates as your order progresses, including a dispatch confirmation when it's on its way. Ordering for a specific date (a birthday, wedding or leaving do)? Add a note at checkout and we'll do our best — and if a deadline isn't achievable, we'll tell you before we start production.

Delivery is charged per order, not per item — so combining gifts into one order is the cheapest way to shop (and our quantity discounts on mugs stack on top). The exact charge under £90 depends on the weight of your basket and is always shown at checkout before you pay.
We currently deliver to United Kingdom addresses (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland). International delivery may be available for bulk orders — contact us to discuss your requirements.
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo and contact us within 48 hours of delivery — we'll replace it free of charge. Personalised items can't be returned for change of mind (they're made just for you), but faults and printing errors are always on us: see our Returns Policy.
At peak times (especially the run-up to Christmas) production can take a little longer. We publish last-order dates for guaranteed Christmas delivery on this page and in our emails each year — order early for the important ones.
